Fly Me Maybe is run by RONORDICA DEVELOPMENT AGENCY SRL (tax ID 36061653, Trade Register J40/6724/2016), registered at Str. Glodeni nr. 12, C3, Sector 2, București, România. You can reach us at [email protected].

We show flight prices, say when a fare looks cheap, and watch routes and months so we can email you when a price drops. We don't sell tickets. When you book, you book with our travel partner or the airline, under their terms, and they're responsible for the booking, payment, changes and refunds.

Prices come from third parties: fares travellers found recently, and live search results within a daily allowance. They can be hours old, change between our check and your booking, or be gone by the time you click. Treat every price here as a guide; the price that counts is the one on the booking page before you pay.

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. One account per person.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
• Accounts are for people aged 16 and over.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, unless the law or an ongoing abuse stops us.

A free account gets live prices within a daily allowance, fares from recent searches past it, and one alert running at a time, for exact dates or a whole month. Invited accounts get more. We decide which tier an account is on and how many alerts each allows, and we can change those limits; alerts you already have won't disappear without notice.

One account per person. Accounts made to get around the limits (several addresses for one inbox, many accounts from one place) may be asked to confirm a phone number, and accounts that keep doing it may be closed.

We check watched prices about once a day and send at most one email a day per watch. We do our best, but a check can fail, a fare can come and go between checks, and an email can arrive late or land in spam. We can't promise you'll catch every drop. You can stop any alert at any time.

Booking links are affiliate links: if you book through them, we may earn a commission from our partner. It doesn't change what you pay, and it's how the site pays for its servers and searches.

• Don't scrape the site, automate searches or alerts, or try to get around the limits of your account.
• Don't interfere with the service or other people's accounts, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site's design, texts, code and the Fly Me Maybe name belong to us. Fare data belongs to its sources. The song reference is a tribute: “Call Me Maybe” is Carly Rae Jepsen's, and we're just fans.

The service is free and provided as it is. We aren't liable for a price that changed, a fare that sold out, an alert that didn't arrive, or anything about a booking made on another site. We are liable where the law says we must be, including for intent and gross negligence, and nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

We can change the service and these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; if a change matters for account holders, we'll email them before it applies. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Write to us first at [email protected]; most things are easier sorted that way. Consumers can also turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or to the competent courts, including those where they live.
